Sounds
What sounds did you notice? Was there anything surprising that you heard?

Touch
Did you notice or sense your body making contact with anything? What else did you notice?

Sight
What could you see from behind closed eyes? Were there colours, moving shapes, sense of light, or just darkness?

Thoughts
What did you notice about your thoughts – was there any change in the space between them?

Feelings
What did you notice about how you felt after the mindfulness practice? What did you notice?
It's useful to take some notes after your mindfulness practice to write down what you noticed when you focused on :
