Remember mindfulness is not a quick fix.

We hope you've been enjoying and gaining some benefit from the practices in this eBook. Each day you practise will be different, some days easier than others, and some practices more difficult than others too, that's all perfectly normal and to be expected. Please know and understand that is all part of the practice of mindfulness. We don't expect to get anywhere fast, we're not aiming for any particular feeling or goal. All we do, is simply observe the present moment. That's it. So simple.

So simple, yet also so difficult sometimes too, right?

Sometimes our practice might be difficult, or we may notice we have a too busy mind, or feel bored or frustrated. That's OK. You can either choose to practise or not on days like these. Sometimes it's good to practise when we don't feel like it, as this can help us understand our emotions better. But it's completely up to you. DO whatever keeps you safe and comfortable. We would encourage you however to keep practising and developing your own personal journey through mindfulness (if you feel like it's helping you overall) and see what this complex yet rewarding practice reveals to you along the way.
