Hello and welcome to this mindfulness program -Mindfulness Buddies- designed to help you discover the benefits of mindfulness.

You can use this program in any way you like to help you develop and build your skills in mindfulness.

We'd suggest starting at the beginning and working your way through each module in turn, but if you'd prefer, you can read the modules as you'd like to do.
