How to use:
Each module should last about 1 week, so try to return to the content each day and practice the tips and audio recordings.

Mindfulness audio practice.
Listen as often as you like to the audio tracks to develop your mindfulness skills in each module.
Audio practice:
The audio practices are about 10 minutes long-this is a good amount of time to be developing your mindfulness skills.

Mindfulness on the go.
Whenever you need a quick dose of mindfulness to help you, you can do this for at least 2 minutes each, several times per day.
Practice often:
The more your practice your mindfulness skills, the more benefits you will generally notice over time.
