What is Mindfulness.

Mindfulness is about paying attention to the present moment (the moment which is right now) and focusing on what is happening right now (rather than the thoughts and voices in our head).

Although it has a very long history, a Professor called Jon Kabat-Zinn of an American medical university made mindfulness more popular. He did many research studies showing its many benefits and usefulness, particularly with people suffering pain, stress or anxiety and discomfort.

What is Neuroplasticity

Did you know that our brains are able to change and grow if we do helpful and useful exercises (including mindfulness practice)? This ability for our brain to grow is called neuroplasticity, which means our brains can grown and change for the better. There is a lot of exciting research to show the good effects that mindfulness practice has on our brains.
